Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal & Household Management
  • Run errands, grocery shop, and coordinate household vendors (cleaners, landscapers, repair professionals); organize household systems, supplies, and light tidying; support meal planning/prep and basic pet care.

  • Calendar & Life Organization
  • Maintain personal, family, and business schedules; coordinate medical, wellness, school, and extracurricular appointments; provide proactive reminders; assist with travel and special occasion planning.

  • Transportation & Errands
  • Provide safe, reliable driving for errands, appointments, and family needs; handle returns, exchanges, and time-sensitive tasks.

  • Family & Childcare Support
  • Assist with school pick-ups/drop-offs and activity coordination; prepare snacks/light meals; provide occasional supervision; help track school projects and family events.

  • Administrative & Organizational Support
  • Manage light admin tasks (email/document organization, bill reminders); track expenses/receipts and assist with basic budgeting; organize digital spaces (email, cloud files, subscriptions).

  • Event & Travel Planning
  • Research and book family/business trips; coordinate itineraries; support planning for holidays, celebrations, and household events.

  • Accountability & Partnership
  • Act as a trusted partner to maintain routines and follow-through on goals; provide flexible support for unexpected needs.

  • Confidentiality & Trust
  • Handle all information and responsibilities with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Successful completion of background check (criminal, driving, and references)

  • Prior experience as a personal assistant, household manager, nanny, or similar role

  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Tech-savvy with smartphones, email, calendars, and productivity apps

  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

  • Ability to assist with cleaning/organizing and occasional lifting

Preferred:

  • Experience with children; patient, nurturing, and trustworthy

  • Event planning, budgeting/expense tracking, meal prep, or pet care

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
