Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, or group counseling using trauma-informed, evidence-based, and holistic approaches

  • Collaborate with clients to create and implement treatment plans tailored to their goals

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and ethical standards

  • Participate in clinical supervision, consultation, and team meetings

  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team culture focused on growth and professional development

  • Engage in occasional community outreach, wellness workshops, or educational events representing Metanoia Counseling


Qualifications

Required:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field

  • Active LPC license in Texas

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Commitment to ethical practice and trauma-informed care

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Preferred:

  • Experience with integrative or holistic therapeutic modalities

  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems (TheraNest, SimplePractice, etc.)

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Salary

$45 - $75 per hour
