The Role’s Purpose


As a store manager you will manage the daily operations of the store, lead, and motivate a team of retail associates to create memorable experiences for visitors in our space in New York and build long lasting relationships with our customers – playing a key role in achieving commercial success of the business. 


This role is full-time (40 hours per week), based in our Soho, NYC store. 


Your Responsibilities


  • Providing exceptional, memorable experiences to all visitors of our store
  • Contributing to the achievement of the store’s key performance indicators by effectively leading and motivating the team
  • Ensuring that store procedures such as stock counts, opening and closing, and cashing up are accurately performed
  • Ensuring that the store maintains the visual merchandising standards of the brand with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Mentor, coach and empower a team of retail associates to help them develop and realise their potential
  • Creating a collaborative, inclusive, enjoyable work-environment through thoughtful and empowering leadership
  • Planning staff schedules and time off
  • Keeping track of stock levels and planning replenishments where necessary
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to initiate and execute in-store marketing events & activations
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends


The Qualities You Embody


  • Managerial experience in a retail environment (preferably clothing retail)
  • Ability to empathetically build meaningful connections with customers and colleagues
  • Taking ownership of your role, being proactive in tackling challenges, and having a solution-oriented mindset
  • Confidence in yourself and your abilities while maintaining a growth-mindset
  • Strong IT skills and interest in learning and mastering new tools/ systems
