The Role’s Purpose

As a Shop Assistant, you play a vital role behind the scenes in keeping our Soho store running smoothly. You ensure that the back-of-house is calm, well-organized, and fully functional—supporting the sales team and enabling them to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. From receiving deliveries to maintaining a pristine stockroom, your work contributes directly to the rhythm and efficiency of the store.


Your Responsibilities

  • Receiving deliveries and unpacking, labelling, and organizing new inventory
  • Performing regular cycle counts and helping maintain inventory accuracy
  • Keeping the stockroom and all back-of-house areas clean, organized, and efficient
  • Preparing garments for the sales floor by tagging, steaming, folding, and sorting them by style and size
  • Supporting sales associates during peak times by processing go-backs and assisting with replenishments
  • Acting as a door concierge, greeting customers and managing the flow of traffic into the store during busy periods
  • Remaining flexible and available to work on weekends and public holidays when needed
