The Role's Purpose


As a Senior Keyholder, you play a central role in the day-to-day operations of our NYC store. You are a trusted and experienced presence on the floor, leading by example and ensuring a consistently high standard across customer experience, operations, and store presentation.


You will work closely with the Store Manager and take on responsibility in supporting the store’s commercial performance and daily operations. This role is well suited to someone looking to further develop their leadership and operational skills, with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.


This role is full-time (40 hours per week), based in our NYC store.


Your Responsibilities

  • Delivering thoughtful, engaging, and memorable experiences to all visitors of the space
  • Contributing to commercial performance through a clear focus on service, conversion, and product engagement
  • Acting as a senior presence on the floor by supporting colleagues in real time, setting the pace, and maintaining a focused and consistent standard of service
  • Supporting the onboarding and development of team members through leading by example, feedback, and product knowledge sharing
  • Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and overall store presentation with close attention to detail
  • Partnering with the Store Manager and VM specialist to optimize commercial outcomes through product presentation and timely replenishment on the sales floor
  • Supporting stock management and back-of-house organization to ensure the sales floor is consistently well supported
  • Taking ownership of key operational responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily store routines, and acting as the lead on the floor in the absence of the Store Manager



The Qualities You Embody

  • 2–4 years of experience in retail, ideally within premium clothing or a similar environment
  • A natural ability to connect with customers in a genuine, thoughtful way
  • Confidence on the shop floor, with the ability to guide and support others
  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how daily actions impact store performance
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability in day-to-day responsibilities
  • Taking initiative and being able to identify what needs to be done and act on it
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and address them early
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
  • An appreciation for quality garments, craftsmanship, and considered design
