Position: Nurse Practitioner

Location: Flexible/Hybrid (Work from Home Options)

Hours: 40 patient contact hours per week (100 patients per week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Nurse Practitioner to join our growing cardiology practice. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who values patient-centered care and desires a hybrid schedule with work-from-home flexibility.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality cardiology services, including patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain a minimum of 40 patient contact hours per week and see 100 patients weekly.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
  • Participate in compliance programs and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide supervision and review services rendered by non-physician staff when needed.


Qualifications:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in California.
  • Experience in cardiology or related specialties preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.


Benefits:

  • Profit-sharing plan follows a 6-year graded vesting schedule, with employees becoming 20% vested after 2 years, 40% after 3 years, 60% after 4 years, 80% after 5 years, and fully vested at 100% after 6 years. Individual financial statements will be provided within the first quarter of each year.
