The Partner Success Manager (PSM) role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in human services, youth development programs, and/or sales to expand their impact. This role involves supporting partners in successfully adopting and utilizing the MentorHub platform and services. The PSM will use their experience, comprehensive knowledge of MentorHub’s functionalities, and an understanding of partner needs to aid in the effective integration and optimization of the MentorHub platform in partners' operations.

MentorHub (“Supportive Accountability Hub, Inc.”) was founded as a nonprofit 501c3 in 2020 to advance equitable and unfettered access to evidence-based behavioral health, education, and human services for people everywhere. Today, we work side-by-side with practitioners, researchers, and communities to create technology and specialized mentoring services that can multiply the impact of mentors and youth service providers and remove systemic, geographic, and social barriers to receiving effective and affirming support. The PSM is an engaging, full-time or part-time, remote position. We are looking for the right person to join our team and can be flexible about the arrangement. This position will report to the VP of Development. The main responsibility of the PSM is to ensure a seamless and positive experience for users of the MentorHub platform, covering the entire spectrum from the initial engagement to subscription renewal. The PSM acts as the primary contact for prospective partners, playing a vital role in presenting the MentorHub platform, understanding partner needs, aligning our services to those needs, and nurturing collaborative relationships for both short and long-term success.
The PSM should possess an entrepreneurial mindset, combining an understanding of the challenges in youth-centered program delivery with a solution-focused and outcome-driven approach. They are dedicated to helping programs achieve their goals through innovative use of the MentorHub platform.
Key Responsibilities include managing the entire customer journey, from increasing awareness about MentorHub to onboarding new partners and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to:
Engage proactively with current and potential partners through strategic outreach, networking, conference participation, social media, and events.
Onboarding and Support
The ideal candidate should have strong project and/or program management skills, exceptional communication abilities, organizational acumen, and a customer service orientation targeting customer retention. Sales experience is advantageous, along with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
