Are you a detail-oriented hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? Stay Mendocino is seeking an Innkeeper to support our guests with inquiries, assist with reservations, and conduct routine inspections to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Promptly respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring superior service. 
  • Assist with creating, modifying, and confirming reservations while maintaining accuracy. 
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to uphold cleanliness and operational standards. 
  • Communicate effectively with various hotel departments to support seamless operations. 
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations and assistance to guests, enhancing their overall stay. 
  • Willingness to support the housekeeping department, if necessary, with stripping rooms, folding laundry, and making beds.  

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front office operations is preferred. 
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in hotel management software or willingness to learn. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
