Hospitality support associate
Overview
Stay Mendocino is looking for a dependable, friendly, hands-on team member to support our coastal boutique hotels in a unique hybrid role. This position is roughly half guest services/front desk support and half laundry operations, with occasional property support when needed.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, helping a team, and having variety in their day. This is not a desk-only job. Some days you may be answering guest calls and helping with reservations. Other days you may be keeping laundry moving, supporting housekeepers, inspecting rooms, or jumping in where the team needs help.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
