We are currently expanding our team and seeking passionate, part-time mental health professionals—specifically fully licensed LPC-S and LMSW clinicians, as well as Licensed Professional Associates. This unique dual-role position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact by providing behavioral health services to middle and high school students in a school-based setting, alongside traditional private practice casework.
The Mental Health Therapist (LPC-Associate/LMSW) will provide school-based counseling and/or outpatient counseling services to clients in a part-time capacity, offering a hybrid schedule based in DeSoto, TX with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing person-centered treatment plans, and delivering individual, family, or group therapy sessions using clinically appropriate interventions. The therapist will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, coordinate care with other providers when needed, and participate in case consultations or supervision. Additional responsibilities may include providing psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources, while contributing to a supportive, ethical, and inclusive practice environment.
