Description
Mending Bridges is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team at our leading inpatient counseling facility. As a Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized counseling and therapy to individuals and families struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Responsibilities include delivering psychotherapy through individual and group therapy sessions, assessing underlying issues, and referring clients to appropriate resources. You will also provide crisis management services, implement therapeutic interventions, and ensure timely documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Substance Abuse and Mental Health Treatment, a Master's degree in a related field, and current licensure or certification as per California regulations.
