Description

The ideal candidate for this position is:

  • Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Maryland
  • An excellent communicator and willing to work within a team of acupuncturists to coordinate care
  • Able to provide mixed techniques (Swedish, myofascial, deep tissue) to serve a varied patient population
  • Able to reliably commute and provide their own transportation as they will be moving between clinic locations (Baltimore City + County)
  • Able to learn and operate our clinic management software for client check-in and payments
  • Previous professional experience a plus
  • Liability Insurance Required
  • Weekend shift required
  • This role has various schedules available, current days available are Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday


Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality massage therapy services, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assess patient needs.
  • Perform various techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and promote healing.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on pain management strategies and self-care techniques.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment in compliance with health regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.


Salary

$40 - $55 per hour
