We are looking for a qualified Fitness Sales Managers to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the customer's account, ensuring client needs are met, fostering a long term relationship with owners of boutique fitness studios.


As a Sales Manager, you will be the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs. You will build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships by providing exceptional customer service. As a primary point of contact for these leads and a representative of the studio you’re working for, you should strive to deliver a top-tier customer experience in the spirit of that studio’s brand and voice, responding to messages in a timely and solutions-focused manner.

You will also be responsible for communicating proactively with your studios’ owners and teams on the ground, honing processes to maximize business growth and developing lasting relationships.

Primary Duties Include…

  • Management of 5 - 8 Client Accounts
  • Phone calls, texts, emails
  • Lead Management and B2B Partnerships


Salary

$40,000 - $45,000 per year
