Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations of both trailers, ensuring they are fully stocked, clean, and running smoothly.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is always provided. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure high performance and alignment with company values, high standards for quality products and presentation.
• Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs.
• Manage daily cash flow, prepare reports to ensure accurate financial records.
• Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records

Marketing and Promotion:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers and boost sales.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote the business.
• Coordinate and participate in local events to increase visibility.

Daily Operations:

• Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies, including ice, syrups, cups, and other products.
• Track usage and minimize waste to optimize profitability.
• Oversee the production of ice and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs as needed.

Product Expertise:

• Passion and expertise in crafting innovative specialty beverages such as coffee, tea, and other product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the service industry, preferably with a focus on food and beverage.
• Expertise in coffee, tea, and related beverages is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in inventory management, marketing, and team leadership.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and social media platforms.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
