This role involves many key responsibilities such as, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Preparing and serving specialty snow cones and drinks, focusing on both quality and presentation. Managing and organizing inventory is essential to ensure that supplies are stocked and readily available, while minimizing waste. Additionally, maintaining a clean and organized workspace is crucial, including thorough cleaning at the beginning and end of each shift to uphold hygiene standards and create an efficient work environment.
