We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a Hybrid-Remote PRN SLP (In-Home) Early Intervention Clinical Supervisor. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely and in-person in Marin County, San Mateo County, or San Francisco County, depending on the needs of our clients. As the Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the quality of our early intervention services and ensuring the growth and development of our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and guidance to a team of Early Intervention SLPAs and/or SLPs
- Conduct virtual AND on-site observations of team members in the field to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team
- Collaborate with therapists to assist in following individualized family service plans for children with speech and language disorders
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring to track the effectiveness of therapy interventions
- Maintain accurate digital documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required paperwork
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a collaborative and integrated approach to therapy
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, evidence-based practices, and industry trends in speech and language therapy
- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal guidelines, including HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an SLP in early intervention or pediatric settings
- Proven experience in providing clinical supervision and mentoring to other therapists
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders in children, assessment tools, and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a supportive and engaged team member
- Proficiency in using technology for remote therapy sessions and documentation
- Flexibility to travel to Marin County, San Mateo County, OR San Francisco County as needed (we place you within 15 miles of your preferred location)
Salary Range: $75 to $100 per hour (W2 Only)
