Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Commission-Based Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to promote and sell our Station to potential customers. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance work with other commitments.


Responsibilities:

- Familiarize yourself with Mellow Mountain Radio's Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining a pipeline of sales prospects.

- Nurture relationships with existing clients.

- Identify new opportunities and develop persuasive proposals to meet clients' evolving needs.

- Deliver compelling sales presentations confidently.

- Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.

- Stay updated on competition and actively seek new account leads.

- Negotiate rates and ensure timely payments.

- Follow station procedures for order preparation, billing issue resolution, and regular reporting.

- Monitor sales pipeline, forecast, and conduct competitive analysis.

Salary
