We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help bring Meibel to market. As one of the first go-to-market hires, you’ll drive top-of-funnel growth, build relationships with early customers and partners, and shape how we position Meibel to the organizations that need it most.
What You’ll Do
- Source, qualify, and engage enterprise prospects across industries where AI explainability and reliability are critical
- Own outbound outreach and early sales conversations — bringing curiosity, creativity, and insight to every interaction
- Work closely with Solutions Architects and founders to advance opportunities through the sales cycle
- Help define and refine Meibel’s messaging in-market, based on real customer conversations
- Identify and explore partnership opportunities (platforms, consultants, channels) to broaden Meibel’s reach
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy, campaigns, and content in collaboration with Product and Marketing
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships roles — ideally in B2B SaaS or AI/ML
- Strong understanding of the enterprise software landscape, especially around infrastructure, developer tools, or data/AI platforms
- Exceptional communication skills — able to explain Meibel’s value clearly to both technical and business audiences
- Experience with outbound prospecting and building new relationships from scratch
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and moves fast without needing a playbook
- Collaborative and low-ego, excited to work across functions and iterate quickly
Bonus Points For
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, LLMs, or MLOps platforms
- Familiarity with regulated or compliance-heavy industries (e.g. finance, healthcare, public sector)
- Background in consulting, strategy, or early-stage GTM
- Network in the AI ecosystem (communities, accelerators, technical leaders)
