Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Renal Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. While filling our client's needs, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dialysis care to patients with chronic kidney disease. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dialysis procedures in accordance with established protocols under the direction of the Supervisor
• Monitor patients during treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Assess patients' vital signs, fluid status, and laboratory results.
• Educate patients and their families on dialysis treatments and kidney disease management.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; 6 months experience in dialysis preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; additional dialysis certification is a plus.
• Must pass drug screening, background check, and adhere to client no smoking policy

Pay: $47.00 - $58.00 per hour
