As an Associate Therapist, you will play a vital role in addressing the mental healthcare needs of our diverse clientele. You will conduct therapy sessions for adults and/or adolescents with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, behavioral disorders, and family relationship issues, either in person or through telehealth.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, marital, and family psychotherapy services.
- Maintain a clinical caseload of at least 20 clients per week within 90 days of employment.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge plans, and other therapeutic interactions.
- Attend weekly individual and group supervision sessions punctually.
- Actively engage in client recruitment through various methods.
- Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or management.
Qualifications:
- Possess a master’s degree from an accredited university focusing on marriage and family therapy or clinical psychology.
- Hold a current registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with the State of Nevada Board of Examiners for Marriage and Family Therapists & Clinical Professional Counselors or provide evidence of registration submission.
- Demonstrated experience in treating clients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, behavioral disorders, and family relationship issues.
- Proficient diagnostic abilities using DSM-V criteria.
- Adherence to accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with Board of Examiners guidelines.
- Commitment to a minimum of a two-year term.
- Willingness to provide care to clients irrespective of demographics.
- Completion of LiveScan fingerprint documentation prior to employment commencement.
Skills:
- Willingness to provide therapy to clients regardless of demographic factors.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records.
- Comfortable delivering therapeutic services via telehealth.
- Ability to conduct in-person therapy sessions as required.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Intermediate technological skills and willingness to utilize electronic health records.
