MedDefend is a new way to navigate healthcare. We are launching a tool that will assist in cutting down the time it takes to receive a diagnosis, and will help patients advocate for themselves. We combine advocacy with AI to create a more streamlined approach to getting answers during your healthcare journey.

MedDefend is on a mission to end misdiagnosis. We combine advocacy and AI to cut down on patients healthcare journey, leading them to a diagnosis quicker.

We are seeking compassionate and knowledgeable healthcare professionals to join our App to support and coach our members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet with our members to assess their current needs and where they are in their healthcare journey, provide coaching on how to relay their symptoms to doctors, what tests they should ask about, what specialists would be beneficial for them to see
• Provide ongoing support for members as they receive test results, doctors notes, etc and assist in making sense of them
• Interact with our communities by posting, commenting and interacting with other advocates and members

Job Overview:

• Advocates being hired now are a part of our first cohort for our Alpha Launch this is a contract role to start with potential to onboard to our App once it's launched
• Pay: $300 for 10 member meetings completed
• Hours: Flexible, you set when you are available to work
• Timeline: This is an 8 week trial period

• Part time nurse/travel nurse
• Retired or part time physician
