We are a small but growing family-owned marketing agency and we are excited to be bringing on our next full-time Digital Marketing Coordinator. We are currently a 10 person team (all remote) including the two owners (husband & wife) who are involved in the day-to-day.

Job Description: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Company: Med Spa Magic Marketing

Location: Remote ("In-Office" Mentality - U.S. Residents Only)

Position Type: Full-Time (Entry Level)

Salary: $45,000/year (starting) 

Role Overview:

We are seeking an extremely detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the management of client accounts and execute a variety of digital marketing tasks. This role works closely with another Digital Marketing Coordinator and either a Digital Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketing Associate, all within a dedicated Pod (our term for a small team assigned to specific client accounts).

You’ll be actively involved in executing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and other marketing-related initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, focused, and able to manage multiple projects at once. Strong communication skills, a warm and welcoming personality, and a genuine passion for digital marketing are a must.

Required Traits:

No marketing experience is required, but these traits are absolutely critical for this role:

1. Attention to detail & high follow through: You rarely make mistakes, you are diligent, detail-oriented, and see projects through to completion accurately and efficiently. 
2. Intelligence: You need to have good problem solving skills and the ability to connect the dots to create solutions. Being a faster learner is necessary as well. 
3. Emotional intelligence: You MUST have great people skills for this position. That means confidently communicating with clients and leading with empathy. 
4. Hard worker: As a small business, we actually WORK while we're at work. The days are busy and productive. Team members who are easily distracted or have trouble locking in and working hard during the work day will not be a fit.  
5. Communication skills must be A+ 

Key Responsibilities:

Please read thoroughly.

• Assist, collaborate & communicate updates and progress on a variety of tasks with the Digital Marketing Specialist within the assigned Pod to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Assist in building, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns. We’ll teach you how!
• Build out email and text messaging campaigns in our automation tool.

• Assist with website edits if needed for optimization. We’ll teach you how!
• Various administrative and organizational tasks related to client projects.
• Ensure work is delivered on time and without error.
• Interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing. 
• Help with building and maintaining performance reports, tracking campaign KPIs, and analyzing results. We’ll teach you how!
• Execute routine digital marketing tasks, such as updating ad copy, refreshing creative, and adjusting campaign settings. We’ll teach you how!
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaigns.
