The Manager, Large Donation Operations primarily a fully remote position and regularly uses standard office equipment, including a computer and phone. The role requires frequent communication with partners and team members via phone, video, and email, as well as extended periods of computer-based work.
While physical activity is limited, the role involves repetitive hand movement and sustained screen time. Occasional early morning, evening, or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. The ability to work West Coast business hours is required to support partners across multiple time zones.
