Meaningful Life Behavioral Health currently offers Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) of Respite (RSP), Attendant Care (ATC), Day Treatment and Training – Adult (DTA), Transportation (TRA), Habilitation Hourly (HAH), Habilitation-Group Home (HAB) and Room and Board Group Home (RRB) to consumers who are eligible for services through the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DES/DDD). Meaningful Life Behavioral Health was created to provide home and community-based services for people with developmental disabilities in Kingman AZ, and the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Meaningful Life Behavioral Health currently offers Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) of Respite (RSP), Attendant Care (ATC), Day Treatment and Training – Adult (DTA), Transportation (TRA), Habilitation Hourly (HAH), Habilitation-Group Home (HAB) and Room and Board Group Home (RRB) to consumers who are eligible for services through the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DES/DDD). Meaningful Life Behavioral Health will be expanding the services offered in the near future.Description-Under general direction and supervision of the site supervisor/manager or an operational administrative staff employee, performs a variety of work consisting of routine difficulty in providing services/supports to consumers with developmental disabilities. The nature of the services range from various personal care activities to activities outlined in an Individual Support Plan (ISP). Performs miscellaneous related work as required in a residential group home environment.

Requirements/Preferences:

- Must be at least 18 years of age (licensing requirement).

- Experience: Any combination of training and experience needed to provide direct care services

- Have access to reliable, safe transportation

- Employees must meet or be able to meet the State of Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities requirements which include: -Lift a minimum of 50 pounds, perform standard first aid, perform CPR, perform Crisis Intervention Techniques, and fulfill Article 9 requirements. -Obtain a class one Fingerprint Clearance Card

- Flexible schedule- able to work: days, swings, nights, weekdays, weekends, holidays
