Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints to determine project specifications.
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials.
• Installing structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinets, and molding.
• Inspecting and replacing damaged framework or other structures.
• Collaborating with other construction workers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Assisting Superintendents with managing the field crew, and sub-contractors.
• Assisting Superintendents with managing the schedule.

The Type of Person Required:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job.
