MCG Homes LLC is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Carpenter Apprentice. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $13 to $18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Overview:**

As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced construction carpenters to learn and develop your skills in all aspects of carpentry. You will assist with various tasks such as measuring, cutting, and installing materials, as well as maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist construction carpenters with various tasks on job sites

- Learn and follow safety protocols and best practices

- Measure, cut, and install materials according to specifications

- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
