MCG Homes LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in the construction and renovation of residential properties. This is a full-time position located in Fernandina Beach. The Pay range for this position is $20 to $30 per hour.

Responsibilities:

- Reading and interpreting blueprints to determine project specifications

- Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials

- Installing structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinets, and molding

- Inspecting and replacing damaged framework or other structures

- Collaborating with other construction workers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter

- Proficient in using hand and power tools

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job
