McEntee Law Group is looking to add a Senior Business Immigration Lawyer with a minimum of 7 years of immigration experience to our team! We are immigrant founded and operated, and we have award-winning lawyers and fantastic staff. We would love for you to join us, and we hope you’ll be as happy and fulfilled here as the rest of us.


Daily Work:

We are boutique - and not high volume - by design. If you join our team, you won't be signing off on stacks of cases every day. You will be working with great clients in exciting industries like professional athletes, musicians, lots of startups, entertainment/the arts, journalism, and more. We are known for filing high-quality O-1 visas and EB-1A green cards, and we have a national reputation around immigration advocacy for startups. We need a rockstar immigration lawyer to join our rockstar team!


We need an attorney with at least 7 years of experience in visas like O-1 visas, P visas, H-1Bs, L-1A/B, E-2s, and with employment based green card options like EB-1As, PERM green cards, NIW EB-2, EB-1Cs. Given the high stakes involved in immigration, it goes without saying that we need someone with a very high attention to detail.


Spanish speaking a plus but not required.


Creative Advocacy:

We take an innovative approach to cases and advocacy including doing regular national media interviews, writing Opeds, using congressional assistance, and even submitting statements to congressional hearings. We are excited to continue our passionate work in this field, and we’d love you to work alongside us. If you're interested, we can help increase your professional profile by giving you media training, putting you forth for speaking engagements, making sure you're active on our social media etc. We love mentoring and supporting attorneys in their career growth.


Team Culture:

We are a family-orientated firm. Both partners have young kids, as do the other attorneys, and we want our firm to work for everyone as it works for us. We are caring and respectful of people's time and lives outside of work, both for those with kids/families and those without. We typically close our office early on Fridays because we believe that no-one should be stuck behind a screen after working so hard all week! We also have great employee retention - lots of our team members have been with us for many years.


Office:

We offer flexible working arrangements that are here to stay. Typically in-office two days a week (when needed to sign off on cases) and remote otherwise. Our office is in 2112, a fun music/entertainment/creative incubator just off Montrose blue line. It’s a casual work environment - jeans absolutely appropriate. We would be open to fully remote candidates for this role.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Salary commensurate with experience, starting at $120,000 per year
