Job Overview:
As a Landscape Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in the upkeep and maintenance of our customers' landscapes. Your primary responsibility will be performing regular maintenance tasks, such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing any issues or problems within the landscape, such as diseases, pests, or irrigation concerns. You will work closely with our team of professionals to provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and diagnose landscape problems, such as diseases, weeds, or insect infestations.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address identified issues and improve landscape health.
- Operate and maintain various landscaping equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records of landscape maintenance activities, including schedules and materials used.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new techniques in landscape maintenance to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of plants, weeds, and pests commonly found in landscapes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address landscape issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
