McCall Family Wellness is seeking an organized, tech-savvy, and service-oriented Inventory & E-Commerce Specialist to assist with the setup, management, and transition of our new community Resource Center—both in-person and online. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys both hands-on work and digital retail operations.

This position will begin with preparing and supporting a physical resource pop-up shop and then transition to managing unsold inventory through our e-commerce platforms, including our Wix website and Amazon storefront.

Key Responsibilities

Pop-Up Resource Center (Initial Phase):

• Receive, label, and organize inventory
• Prepare items for display and assist in setting up and tearing down the physical event space
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system (training provided)
• Provide in-person customer service and checkout support
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests

E-Commerce Management (Ongoing Phase):

• Photograph and list unsold items on the company’s website and Amazon platform
• Write clear and accurate product descriptions, assign prices, and monitor stock levels
• Manage and fulfill online orders in a timely manner
• Track shipping, sales, and restocking needs
• Coordinate with supervisor to adjust inventory or pricing based on demand

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift boxes and assist with setup (up to 25 lbs)

Preferred Experience (not required):

• Prior experience in retail, inventory, or e-commerce environments
• Familiarity with platforms such as Wix, Shopify, or Amazon Seller Central
• Experience using POS systems or inventory tracking tools
