The Studio Manager leads the studio in all aspects of membership retention, employee development, and achieving sales quotas. They directly supervise team members, including Sales Associates, Instructors, and Head Instructor. The Studio Manager will be responsible for the hiring and onboarding of team members, planning and assigning daily, weekly, and monthly goals, providing excellent customer service, and directing work tasks. The Studio Manager will manage all aspects of the employee life cycle with continuous coaching, annual performance reviews, and providing rewards and recognition to high performers.

The Role
As the Studio Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of our fitness studio. You will lead a team of fitness professionals and support staff, ensuring that our members receive outstanding service and a positive experience. Your leadership will be key in creating a motivating atmosphere that encourages fitness and wellness.
Position Title: Studio Manager
Reports to: CEO/Owner
Schedule: 30-35 hours/week
Pay Structure: Hourly / Part-time

What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve studio goals.
- Manage scheduling to optimize studio performance and efficiency.
- Foster a strong community by organizing events, workshops, and fitness challenges.
- Address member inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Regularly attends training, bringing lessons learned back to sales staff for implementation
- Regularly attends Mayweather Boxing & Fitness classes, a minimum of 2-3 visits per week
- Works directly with Head Instructor to increase studio utilization and workout traffic
- Promotes the studio and brand through social media efforts by directing staff to participate in campaigns
- Executes and coordinates the company’s marketing and ongoing sales drivers (studio events, outreach, etc.)
- Meets or exceeds personal sales goal as well as studio total goal
- Acts as brand ambassador for community engagement, lead generation, civic networking, and collaboration
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members and staff.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive studio success.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with social media marketing and community engagement.
- Familiarity with fitness studio management software.

Salary
$23 - $26 per hour
