Server
We are seeking friendly, motivated, and reliable Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, ensure guests enjoy their experience, and help maintain the upbeat, community-driven atmosphere of the Taphouse.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, enter them into the POS system, and deliver items promptly.
- Learn and communicate menu knowledge, including food pairings with our in-house and rotating craft beers.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests quickly, and resolve concerns with professionalism.
- Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized.
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and general cleaning as needed.
- Work with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service during peak hours and events.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
