Host
We are looking for a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will greet and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and help set the tone for a fun and memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
- Manage seating charts, reservations, and waitlists efficiently.
- Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
- Communicate with servers and managers to ensure smooth seating flow.
- Assist with answering phones, taking to-go orders, and handling guest inquiries.
- Keep the host stand, entryway, and menus clean and organized.
- Support the service team as needed, including helping reset tables.
