Bartender
We are looking for an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, craft quality drinks, and contribute to the lively and professional atmosphere of our Taphouse.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about our in-house brews and rotating taps.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, including bar top, glassware, equipment, and supplies.
- Check IDs and enforce all alcohol service laws responsibly.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Engage with guests to enhance their overall experience, including during events and busy hours.
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
