About the position

The Lead Planner/ Scheduler is a full-time role focused on overseeing and managing project planning and scheduling within the petrochemical sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals, and providing support to various project teams. This role requires a proactive approach to project management and a strong background in planning and scheduling concepts, particularly in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Help develop & oversee project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Support project teams in planning and scheduling their work scopes and budgets.
• Review work packages for detail and accuracy
• Monitor, update, and evaluate weekly and monthly project progress.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and identify project schedule variances.
• Assist in the development of construction implementation plans and project reports.
• Provide training and support to planners on planning & scheduling best practices.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as a planner/scheduler in Petrochemical or Oil and Gas
• Proficient in Primavera P6, and MS Excel.
• Valid TWIC Card
