Duties:

• Coordinate getting contractors work & daily permits,
• Knowing the location of the work activities and scopes of work, coordinating with other crafts to keep job interference to a minimum.
• Be present at and conduct when needed daily and Toolbox safety talks/meetings,
• Making sure the proper work order numbers are being charged to the work,
• working with client management to move Field change orders from estimates to approved work,
• responsible for the daily manpower count to match gate log,
• providing daily and shift end updates during the site turnaround update meetings at the end of each shift.
• Making sure the update from daily work is coordinated to the planning & scheduling group for shift updates.
• Communicating with the client’s supervisor of coordinators with any field, material, or personnel issues.
• Making sure materials are expedited from material storage to job site.
• Act as liaison between turnaround management contractors in your area.
