Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Follow all SHE policies and procedures and promote safety programs
• Work closely with the Inspection Department on mechanical integrity issues including vessel inspection, API-570 piping inspection and related repairs.
• Develop work scopes and bid packages for unusual maintenance projects. Work with Procurement to obtain quotes/bids and contractor selection; work closely with Job Reps on field execution.
• Coordinate completion of assigned action items
• Participate in area Reliability Teams and complete assigned unit reliability top ten list items.
• Support Planning under unit Turnaround/shutdown conditions
• Preparation of plans and schedules for TAR events.
• Coordinate efforts with site scheduling team to build Maintenance schedule with all operations, maintenance and project tasks.
• Perform RCFAs of failures as directed by leadership

 

Skills & Knowledge Required

Bachelors degree in Engineering required with 1-8 years experience. Previous polymers experience is a plus. Previous six sigma experience is also a plus.
