As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting our Client Services team in executing marketing campaigns for our consumer packaged goods (CPG) clients that identify and engage key shoppers along the path to purchase.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

· Growing your knowledge of CPG/Food & Beverage brands, retailer partnerships, and finding new ways to help our clients grow sales via strategic shopper marketing campaigns

· Working with the Client Services team to engage with our client, vendor and retailer partners to facilitate campaign strategy, production and measurement. Campaigns will include:

  • Retailer.com Paid Search and Display Marketing
  • Instacart Ads
  • In-Store Marketing and POS programs
  • Digital Incentives including retailer loyalty programs and 3rd party mobile rebate providers like Ibotta and Aisle

· Providing monthly reporting on all programs, including presenting actionable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner via PowerPoint, Email and Excel

· Becoming an expert in Project Management structure and strategy as a tool to stay organized and on top of key deadlines and milestones

· Helping brainstorm creative ideas and exploring new platforms to introduce to our clients

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Experience in a team-based marketing role (agency experience a plus)

· Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Advertising, Communications, etc.) a plus

· Interest or experience in CPG/Food Product industries a huge bonus

· Proactive project management skills including experience with PM software like Asana, Mondy.com, etc.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Products- Sharepoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

· Familiarity with key digital metrics and paid search

· Strong interpersonal skills, including confidence while speaking in groups – and humility when learning from others

· Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

· “No job is too big or too small” attitude

· Analytical acumen to make informed decisions; understand and optimize media campaigns and navigate digital and social marketing platforms

· Desire to contribute to a dynamic high-growth, purpose-driven work environment

· Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position
