- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior using specified data collection methods

- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans

- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients based on their individual needs

- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment

- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions
