Martino Health & Wellness is seeking a therapist to join our outpatient practice in Grand Rapids. This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with a diverse client population while building a steady caseload in a supportive, in-person practice environment. Our team provides consistent referrals, administrative support, and flexible scheduling so therapists can focus on client care. Both part-time and full-time applicants are welcome. Paid supervision is available for LLPC and LLMSW clinicians, and graduate students may apply if licensure is pending, with employment beginning once the Michigan license becomes active.

Description
Martino Health & Wellness is an outpatient mental health practice serving individuals, couples, and families across the greater Grand Rapids area. Our clinicians focus on providing high-quality therapy services while our administrative team manages referrals, marketing, billing, and credentialing.
This role focuses on providing therapy services in an in-person clinical setting with the support of a collaborative team and consistent referral flow.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, or family therapy using evidence-based techniques
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 20–30 client sessions per week depending on availability
- Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation
- Complete timely progress notes within our EHR system (Simple Practice)
- Collaborate with our psychiatric nurse practitioner and clinical team when appropriate
- Participate in occasional team meetings and case consultations
- Select preferred client populations using our intake preference system

Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field
- Active Michigan license: LLPC, LPC, LLMSW, LMSW, or LP
- Paid supervision available for LLPC and LLMSW clinicians
- LP applicants must have external supervision arranged
- Minimum availability of 15–20 hours per week in the office
- Comfort working with a diverse client population
- Willingness to work one evening per week until 7:00 PM
- Experience with or willingness to learn cloud-based EHR systems
Salary
$65,000 - $85,000 per year
