Description

As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist at Martino Health & Wellness, you will provide in-person therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in a supportive, collaborative clinical environment. As a W-2 employee, you will receive consistent referrals, administrative support, employee benefits, and paid supervision opportunities while avoiding many of the responsibilities commonly associated with independent contractor or private practice arrangements.

Our therapists are able to focus on delivering high-quality mental health care while our administrative team manages referrals, scheduling support, billing, credentialing, and marketing. This role is ideal for licensed counselors, social workers, and psychologists seeking a stable caseload, professional support, and the opportunity to grow within a team-oriented outpatient practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Conduct assessments, establish treatment goals, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 20–30 client sessions per week based on availability and scheduling preferences
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record system (SimplePractice)
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as clinically appropriate
  • Collaborate with therapists, psychiatric providers, and other members of the clinical team when beneficial to client care
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities
  • Build a caseload aligned with your clinical interests and preferred client populations

This position is primarily in-person and offers the opportunity to provide outpatient mental health counseling in a collaborative private practice setting with established referral sources, administrative support, and W-2 employment.
