Description

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

- Provide information about company services, locations, and policies to visitors.

- Keep the reception area and common spaces clean and organized.

- Schedule appointments and coordinate provider schedules.

- Assist with administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document preparation.

- Work with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.

- Order office supplies as needed.

- Handle confidential information with integrity.

- Help with special projects as assigned by management.

- Maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines.


Requirements:

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
