General Description: 

This position is responsible for all aspects of production functions including labelings, filling, capping and packing of raw materials and finished goods while maintaining the production floor in a safe and orderly fashion. 

Reports to: Production Manager 

Responsibilities: 

• Follow work orders ensuring the correct batch; bulk are consumed. 
• Attach identifying labels to materials, cartons, pallets or other containers 
• Safely operate all the necessary equipment in the work area. 
• Follow basic housekeeping requirements in the work area: cleaning equipment, mopping spills, and sweeping. 
• Adhere to documented Tobacco Policy and Personal Hygiene requirements. 

Minimum Educational Qualifications: 

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent 

Minimum Previous Experience: 

• 1+ years of production experience preferred 

Other Skills: 

• Be able to identify components by size, type, style, color or product code 
• Solid reading skills. Must be able to read work orders and match products according to work order. 
• Ability to understand and execute instructions 
• Basic Math Skills 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, stand, walk, and pull for long periods of time
