Job Overview:

Marlee Home Care Sercivies INC. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide personalized care for a client with mobility challenges and daily living assistance needs. The ideal candidate will offer support with meal preparation, bathing, physical activity, and maintaining a clean, organized home environment. You will play a crucial role in improving the client's quality of life by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals in line with dietary needs and preferences.
• Personal Care: Assist with daily hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Physical Activity Support: Encourage and assist the client with light physical exercises to maintain mobility and overall health.
• Home Cleanup: Ensure a clean, safe, and organized living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Medication Reminders: Help the client follow their medication schedule as prescribed by their healthcare provider.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental and emotional well-being.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of caregiving experience, preferably with clients facing mobility issues or other physical challenges.
• Knowledge of basic nutrition, meal planning, and dietary requirements.
• Ability to lift and assist with mobility needs.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred not required).
• Valid driver’s license (preferred not required).
