Based in Chicago and Germany, Markt Pilot is a fast-growing, high-tech SaaS Start Up that helps leading manufacturers increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction through market intelligence. We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to ensure that our customers are increasing their profit by using our product and have a positive experience while using our technology. You will be responsible for building and maintaining valuable customer relationships and supporting our customers in implementing market-based pricing to realize the full potential of the Markt Pilot solution. This is a full-time opportunity with flexibility to work remotely.


What we expect you to own and run with:   

  • Immerse quickly and autonomously into Markt Pilot’s industry to understand customer language. 
  • Own overall relationship with assigned customers, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Guide customers to implement market-based pricing to help them realize the full potential of our solution by answering questions, empathizing with them, and understanding their needs while demonstrating how our products or services can fulfil them. 
  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing department and leadership team to ensure customer satisfaction and promote a positive experience while using our technology. 
  • Uncover the root cause of a problem, quickly analyze potential solutions, and make clear and informed recommendations. 
  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services. 
  • Empower our customers so that they can make more money with parts by using our tool. 


Which boxes you need to check:   

  • At least 5 years’ experience in communications, sales, account management, or customer success. 
  • Experience working with or for Machine Manufacturers (OEMs) is a big plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills. Eloquent and well spoken.  
  • Customer oriented demeanor and ability to easily engage in meaningful conversations over the phone and in person.  
  • Ability to effectively handle a number of diverse and complex problems at the same time. 
  • Excellent time management, and critical thinking skills. 
  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot a plus).
