Marketplace Velocity Client Strategist Westlake, OH · Remote · Full time

The Client Strategist oversees a portfolio of clients, managing high-level client relationships, and working with them to define and distill their goals while creating a seamless client experience. You will work directly with clients to help them overcome their most complicated growth challenges. This role will require you to be an expert in building trust and rapport, managing client projects and deliverables, and thinking strategically.

Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Own the client relationship and all communication between the client and our internal teams
  • Oversee client projects from start to finish, including the development and maintenance of project management tools and documentation: quotes, proposals, scope documents, creative briefs, status sheets, and progress reports
  • Research and understand your client's industry and business in order to provide best practices, advice, and guidance to help them grow and achieve key strategic outcomes through digital marketing
  • Provide valuable, implementable results and recommendations using strategic business analysis
  • Manage project and client profitability throughout the course of an engagement
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed, and manage the escalation through resolution
  • Perform other duties as assigned


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred; relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment
