- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Keep track of office supplies and equipment inventory

- Provide administrative support to various departments including Human Resources as needed
- Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and job responsibilities
- Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in office management or administration

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
