The Role: Why This Isn’t Your Average Call Center Job
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. This is a multi-channel role where you’ll pivot between helping existing customers and hunting for new opportunities. You won’t just be answering phones; you’ll be the voice (and keyboard) of multiple brands across every platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Omni-Channel Support: Manage a steady flow of inbound inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
- Social Media Interaction: Respond to comments and direct messages on our social platforms with speed and personality.
- Outbound Lead Gen: Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and prospects to fuel our growth

Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center, sales or customer service role that require active listening and problem-solving skills is a plus
- Understanding of call etiquette, and analysis skills for assessing customer needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential, especially during schedules coverage windows
- Experience with CRM databases is a major plus, as well as computer typing competency and general computer skills for data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site at our Bridgeville office.

Employment Type: Part- or Full-Time Available. Summer period with potential for on-going employment
Available Shifts:
Monday – Friday: 7am-11am, 8am-2pm, 9am-1pm, 10am-6pm, 3pm-7pm, 4pm-8p\
Saturday-Sunday: 8.30am-12.30pm, 9am-5pm, 3pm-7pm
Remote work consideration to be given after 90 days training to include weekend shifts.
Compensation: $12.20 + Performance Incentives
