Job Title: Maintenance Tech - Property Maintenance and Remodeling

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Maintenance Tech in the property maintenance and remodeling industry. Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist skilled workers with various tasks, including demolition, cleanup, material handling, maintenance, remodeling, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and other residential remodeling work.
2. Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites efficiently.
3. Provide lawn care services, such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns.
4. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas for optimal productivity.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience.
2. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
3. Ability to perform physical tasks, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
4. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
5. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
6. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.

Pay Range:

$15-$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
