About Us

Marigold Manor isn't your typical senior care home and that's the whole point. We intentionally limit our home to just three residents at a time. That means you'll actually know the people in your care. You'll know their names, their preferences, their stories. No crowded halls, no impossible ratios, no getting lost in the shuffle.

We're nurse-led, founded by Michele Billings, LVN with 15+ years of experience and certifications in dementia care and assisted living management. Every member of our team holds active CPR and First Aid certification, every single shift.

The Position

Schedule: 3 x 12-hour night shifts per week | Rotating weekends off

What you'll do:

• Provide overnight personal care and supervision for up to 3 residents
• Monitor resident well-being and document any changes
• Administer medications per care plan (with training/supervision)
• Maintain a calm, safe, home-like environment throughout the night

What We're Looking For

• Genuine compassion for elderly adults — this is non-negotiable
• Caregiver experience preferred (home care, assisted living, memory care, CNA, etc.)
• Active CPR and First Aid certification -if you don't have this, we will work with you to obtain it)
• Dependable, calm under pressure, and comfortable working independently overnight
• Dementia care experience is a plus
